Mobile Open Observation of Daily Stressors (MOODS)

MOODS is a study focused on determining and measuring individuals’ daily stressors. It uses smartphone and wearable technology to measure users’ stress levels throughout the day.

Results from this study may help society better understand stress and stressor detection through the exploration of complex interactions between stress, daily behaviors, and environmental factors.
